What is a co-signer?
A co-signer is a person that agrees to join the primary borrower in being responsible for the payment and loan obligation. All co-signers are fully responsible for payment just as the borrower is. You may benefit from using a co-signer if that co-signer strengthens the credit worthiness or ability to pay.
How do I get the Title to my vehicle?
Once you have paid your auto loan off in full we will send you your title to the address on file or you are welcome to arrange a better delivery method, just call or email us with your request.
What is my payoff?
Contact us to see exactly what your payoff is on your auto loan, your most recent transaction balance is not your payoff, it may be very close but is not exactly your payoff.
Does my loan have Gap Insurance?
Contact us to inquire if your loan has Gap insurance, this is a specific detail that is unique to every loan.
Can I Make payments online?
Yes, you can make payments anytime online. We accept Credit and Debit Card payments 24/7
How do I make my payments?

What change is taking place?

Is there a grace period?
If mailing a payment, please mail your payment 5-7 business days prior to your due date to ensure timely receipt.

When will I receive something in writing from Century Credit Acceptance?
You should receive a welcome letter from CCA within the next 5 business days. Upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service Department at (770) 847-9229 to confirm receipt and verify your information. Additionally, you will begin receiving emails from CCA with your account status update.
Do I have another location to make payments?
No, our only location is in the metro Atlanta Area.

Can I get financed trhought a dealer partner with Century Credit Accepatance?
We have dealer-partners around metro Atlanta who are enrolled in the Century Credit Acceptance program. We approve all customers submitted by our dealer-partners; however the decision to deliver a vehicle is the dealer-partners.
What are my payments options?

Can I change my payment Date?
Can I change my payment date? Unfortunately payment dates cannot be changed as they are based on the original contract that was signed. Although dates cannot be changed, we are always willing to work with our customers to provide them with the best alternatives for their personal situation. If you have run into difficulty or simply need assistance because you cannot honor your original payment agreement, please call us at (770) 847-9229. We will do our best to provide you with alternatives for your personal situation.
Can I refinance my Account?
Yes, you can. Just speak with your account represantative for requirements and more information.
Can I refinance my vehicle?
Can I refinance my vehicle? Unfortunately, Century Credit Acceptance does not offer the opportunity to refinance your vehicle through our company. If your payment history has remained in good standing, you may have the opportunity to refinance through another financial institution, such as a bank.
How do I locate a Century Credit Acceptance Dealer-Partner?
